I'm currently facing a dilemma. I've invested almost $4k into a website which hasn't really gotten any traction, and I'm continuing to fund it, but it's not making any money (yet).
I pay about $500 a month currently for a writer to populate information on the site, but I'm questioning whether or not I should still continue to do so.
She does a pretty good job, however, since I haven't had any time to invest in the site lately, I feel like it's a waste of money. On the other hand, when I do have time to work on the site again, I feel that the information she is populating can/will be useful.
If I stop now, the information is half-way populated. However, there is a finite amount of information that she can populate. I'd say it'd cost another $3k to fund it.
So, I could either look at it as an investment (and find time to work on it accordingly), or a loss, in which case I'll end the contract with her.
Thoughts?
