Hey everyone, I'm a few weeks out from launching a digital marketing agency, but as I have been laying out systems and strategy I am starting to consider targeting a niche instead of multiple industries.
I was considering targeting the real estate industry. Where I am operating is one of the largest real estate markets in the world and I believe that if I closely aligned with their industry I would be more successful before I branched out to other industries.
What are your thoughts? Is it smart to focus or am I leaving out a ton of possible clients?
