Best Tools for Agency SEO? earn by blogging adsense income

So right now me and my team are going through the tools that our agency uses and trying to determine what are worth it, and what can be replaced. Right now what we use are:

• Moz: My least favorite of the bunch, but they recently updated their backlink too and it seems to pull in pretty much any link to your site. Also the compare metrics to competitors is pretty nice. We also mainly use this for when we do technical audits. Other than that, we don't use it for anything else really.

• SEMRush: I have a love hate with this one. I love how many different tools it has available. I mostly use it for keyword research as well as a quick report to see what keywords the site is working for. From time to time I'll also use some of their other tools such as the backlink tool or the occasionally the site audit tool to check against Moz. My only problem with this is I feel like their data is not accurate at all and I can never truly trust the site rankings.

• WebCEO (Desktop Version): We use the outdated desktop version of WebCEO as to I believe now it's mainly used in browser. Once again, another love/ hate. This is feel is the most accurate when getting keyword ranks for your site, but you have to create the list when you think your site is ranking for, it doesn't give you a list of what keywords it already is ranking for. The other problem with this is when it is scanning your website for the keyword list you made, it takes forever to do, compared to SEMRush, where it does it almost instantly. The other nice part about this tool though is you're able to scan keyword rankings in a certain zip code, city, region, ect.

So we're thinking of picking up Ahrefs since I've heard a lot of good things about it, but what can we replace if we do? I'm thinking we don't need Moz anymore, and if I never had to use WebCEO anymore, I'd be fine with that at all. Any help appreciated!
