So every day on my Adsense dashboard, I see several hundred page views under the "sites" module. On the other hand, looking over at the "performance" module, I see a MUCH higher amount of views and clicks. At least 4x the amount daily, but a few times I've seen it as high as 10x!
As far as clicks go, it seems that out of a given amount of total clicks, a much smaller amount are being registered. Usually around 1/2 to 1/4, but sometimes less than 10%! My question is, does this mean that my site is attracting a lot of bot traffic, and that those views/clicks that are showing as being counted, are the "real" people, and that's what I should really be paying attention to?
I tried changing Cloudflare's security from low to medium and it seems my "ratio" of "real" views compared that much larger number I see, is smaller. But the views I suspect are real, haven't gone down. Should I really be worried? Or is this merely just a nuisance that I can let go, and simply pay attention to the views and clicks that Google does see as being legitimate?
