I am the head of a non-profit. We have no employees. We also do not have a dedicated work space, building, office, ect. I have received a notice twice now about buying labor law posters. It says "Whether you have 1 employee or 1,000 you must post current employment posters in the workplace".
I have tried calling the provided customer service number multiple times on multiple days; early in the morning, afternoon, at night. But I cannot get through. I am always given a message that states that all lines are busy and to call again later.
What am I supposed to do? Is there a form I file to not be obligated to buy these posters?
