Hello, I am a bit lost when it comes to legalities and business practices and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm currently a certified natural health professional, and am also studying to become a board certified doctor of naturopathy. I would eventually like to begin manufacturing tinctures (herbal extracts in alcohol or vegetable glycerin) to sell to clients, the public, and potentially commercially. My fear though, is that it will cost an arm and a leg to legally able to do this, and I also don't relish in the idea of having to jump through hoops either. Ideally I would prefer to make them at home, and have no issues with hygienic practices assuming I am equipped to comply. Anyway, can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd really appreciate it, thanks!
