I have an idea for a glorious website/app that solves a real world problem that everyone here has had before. My idea is fun and easy to monetize. It has to do with food and eating. I need a kickass developer as I am not a tech. What to do? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So little more background. I have been having sites and things developed for about 10 years now. Everything from humble little blogs to larger directories, classifieds and video hosting sites. Some of my prior works I have sold but many I have just abandoned. I know how to tweak wordpress and blogger, use most CMS systems, convert file types etc. and most basic things but I really don not know how to code and am not really willing to as it's just not my thing.

I know what I need to do, I need to find a developer that sees the value in my idea and is willing to go to work on it in exchange for equity that we will build together. A technical director partner of sorts I guess. My only issue? How do I find someone like this?

On the idea side. I know my stuff when it comes to online (what works what doesn't) and what I know is that the industry is HUGE, the content is vast, the monetization methods are varied, and the customer will come for the solution.

What to do?
