Apparently, I think I have a bad mindset. I am going for passion but not sucess, or am I confused? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Basically, there is a guy who plays a game to win and there is another who plays for fun. The first guy would use anything, exploits, etc... To gain the edge. While the other guy is just fine doing his own thing without worrying about winning or success.

I shared my time of hardship, I've had many years of working and doing day jobs, I hated it, I wished for hours to finish but I had to do it to survive. I don't want to come to this place again, but working for passion doesn't sell.

One of the current issues that I've come to butt heads with my coworker is this, I like to do things for passion and just for fun. My goals are simple and they're not stressful, whenever they say meet x and y, I don't think it's possible, I do not have faith in the project but when I fire up my passion, my creativity, things run.

In the adult world, there are people who do things for passion and they're happy to probably live below poverty line if they can do something they love and if they're happy, they are set, they may be living miserable but they're happy. I'm in and out of this state, I am cutting funds to sacrifice what I like to do, entrepreneurship is something that I feel limitless with. But what am I confused with?

My coworkers and my partner, specifically told me that a project is not working, our design and videos are not working. I am with them but they want "success", even if they don't burst out our expectations or fall super short, I call it success, at least it was something that I can look at and not something that I blame for. Yes, I want to grow, I want to grow a project but if it's literally crap, the field is crap, I want to abandon it. But if I can grow it just for fun and now growing it for "success", I am very well suited and I don't think I'd give a damn reaching a million bucks as long as I can live.

Am I just being a pussy? Anyone else came in terms with this crossroads?
