Need some graphic design done! entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm starting up an Etsy store and need some graphics made up (Logo / Banner). Anyone have a good recommendation or perhaps some design skills I could leverage? Looking for a quick turn arou d, trying to have the shop open by next week.
