How often do you check your WooCommerce site to make sure it's working 100% for your customers? Without trying it occasionally you'll never know if they're having issues during checkout.
They recently updated the platform which caused some issues for me. I tested it, but at the time there were no problems. A plugin ended up causing issues during checkout. I spent time and money on ads and got a great response, but no one was buying. I was like wtf everything is perfect down to the price point.
Finally, a customer used the live chat function on my website to let me know email verification isn't working and she can't check out. This morning I tested and was able to find the issue, fixed it and emailed her back with a 10% coupon code for her troubles.
But it really pisses me off that I could have and potentially lost some sales.
- The only way I can test if the functions work is occasionally checked out using another email address and use COD delivery method so I don't have to use a credit card and check out. I do this maybe every time I do an update for Woo or Theme.
Is there a better way? Just curious how you all check to make sure everything is working?
