How do most of you manage and test the WooCommerce platform? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

How often do you check your WooCommerce site to make sure it's working 100% for your customers? Without trying it occasionally you'll never know if they're having issues during checkout.

They recently updated the platform which caused some issues for me. I tested it, but at the time there were no problems. A plugin ended up causing issues during checkout. I spent time and money on ads and got a great response, but no one was buying. I was like wtf everything is perfect down to the price point.

Finally, a customer used the live chat function on my website to let me know email verification isn't working and she can't check out. This morning I tested and was able to find the issue, fixed it and emailed her back with a 10% coupon code for her troubles.

But it really pisses me off that I could have and potentially lost some sales.

  • The only way I can test if the functions work is occasionally checked out using another email address and use COD delivery method so I don't have to use a credit card and check out. I do this maybe every time I do an update for Woo or Theme.

Is there a better way? Just curious how you all check to make sure everything is working?
