How do you make someone fall in love with your product or service? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

This is something I think may be overlooked by a few businesses and is something I'm really striving to achieve with my own businesses.

What product, brand or service do you love, and what have they done to make you fall in love with them?

For me, I love the Patagonia clothing brand. Why do i love them? They have a fantastic USP. They donate a bunch of their profits to 'save the earth' and even donated around $10m (all of their 2016 black friday sales profits) to this cause. They also have a '100-year gaurentee' on their clothing which is pretty cool imo.

Admittedly, my own businesses don't have such a unique USP, but this is something i'm really trying to change.

However, i think there are other ways to make people fall in love with your business other than a great USP.
