Want to start a social media management business in my town but there's already another big player. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Is it worth doing? I visited their website and they've said they've helped a hundred or so clients (businesses?) in the area.

What kind of UPC should I spin to get clients?

I'm assuming some of these businesses use them and most likely wouldn't change to me.
