I need advice on hiring an accountant entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a UK based eCommerce store (selling only within the UK) and i'm at the stage I need to become VAT registered.

I need an accountant to help me with this, and to take on all my bookkeeping.

The choice of accountants is a little overwhelming and i have no idea who i should go with, so does anyone have any advice on what i should look for or any requirements that should be met?
