Starting an online service for small businesses. Do I need to collect MA sales tax? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Located in Massachusetts. I'm 99% certain I do need to collect sales tax, even though I have no physical product I'm selling - just a service.

Just looking for input. Not having any customers yet, should I even bother registering for a tax ID/whatever from the state?
