Will I be penalized for duplicating a YouTube channel by putting the same content on Vimeo? earn by blogging adsense income

I have a channel with several hundred product review videos that drive traffic to our store, and have great authority on the products they review.

I would like to back them up to Vimeo in case anything bad ever happens to our channel or in the off chance that YouTube has issues.

I run a clean channel, I don't break any rules, but I know that legitimate channels do sometimes get suspended.

So, will I suffer a penalty for doing this?
