Does seeking venture capital make sense with my business? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I own a web & mobile software development corporation that I started in mid 2015. We focus on complex web applications & mobile apps, primarily for businesses. I won the largest hackathon in my country in early 2015 and it really helped get my name out there and lend a lot of credibility. Since then I've built a large portfolio, and have some large clients. Revenue is roughly 350k-450k a year.

I know that web & mobile development certainly isn't unique or "the next facebook", but I'm curious if it makes any sense to seek VC funding. If I could hire a few more people and increase the sales/marketing side of things (it's really just me as a developer and another developer I subcontract), I think I could really take my business to the next level.

Either that, or I simply save as much as I can, and reinvest that revenue back into the company. I have a feeling this will be the advice I receive, I'm just curious if anyone has got to this point and started to have the same questions.
