A question about keywords i'm struggling with. Can you help clarify? earn by blogging adsense income

Sorry, this is going to come off as a complete beginner question!

I get making my list of keywords, let's say I have 50. Then I understand following Moz or something similar I take my keyword (let say 'digital marketing New Mexico') and put the keyword in the title tag, in the meta description, etc) and I can optimize the homepage for that keyword.

But then what do I do with the other 49 keywords that I've identified? I can't put all 50 keywords on my home page title tag or in the meta description... Do I basically duplicate the page into a new landing page and then do the whole process over again for each new keyword?
