Looking for thoughts on how to find your first users with a niche service entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Looking for some thoughts on where to find/promote an online service that caters to a somewhat niche audience. I've thought about Facebook and Google ads, but my past experience with them on other projects has mostly resulted in spending money to drive clicks with very little engagement. Thinking about Reddit ads targeting specific sub-Reddits as well, as there are a few subs with a couple hundred thousand subscribers that I think the service would be great for, but I know I generally just scroll past Reddit ads without looking at them, so... I've also started a YouTube channel where I promote the site, which has pushed a little traffic, so I'll probably keep doing that as well.

Other places I might consider? Has anyone found good strategies for finding your first 100 users? The service is live and in what I think is a pretty good MVP state, so I'm just trying to get over this first hump.
