Need help with Ohio vendor's license. Window/gutter cleaning start-up. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I keep reading that for a janitorial company such as mine, I need to get a service vendor's license, form # ST-1S. However, on the tax.ohio.gov website, there is no such form listed, nor can I found it anywhere. All I can find is form ST-1 (Vendor's license, for business that make retail sales from a fixed place of business) and ST-1T (Transient vendor's license, for businesses which make retail sales from temporary locations and have no fixed place of business.)

I am at a loss here. Thanks for the help.
