I will be doing window cleaning across multiple counties and hence, multiple sales tax rates. Ohio offers two types of vendor's licenses, a "transient" and a normal vendor's license. The vendor's license states that it is for people with a fixed place of business, while the transient says it is for businesses which transport goods to other locations for sale. Does this description cover window cleaning? As of yet I have been unable to get a consistent answer.
