Can I target FB users who use a particular payment method? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'll elaborate, there is a service in Aus called After pay - Buy now pay later sorta thing. It has been an Awesome addition to my site. They buy multiple items, and always end up at a good value.

I want to somehow target them on Facebook, but afterpay isn't a listed interest. Is there any other way I could target their users?
