SEO as a shopify webshop - could use some help earn by blogging adsense income

I'm starting my own sports brand. It's currently targeted to a tight niche of combat sports, but I would like for it to grow outside of that, of course.

I'm currently using a shopify site. So to try ranking for keywords, where do I "stuff" the keywords that I want to rank for?

I'm thinking something like the headlines of the products and their descriptions and then write some blog posts about keywords I want to rank for?

So say I can see that "judo streetwear" is a great keyword, I could make a collection called "judo streetwear" or something like that and then write a blog post titled "3 Examples of Great Judo Streetwear" and then, uh, link competitors? I'm not exactly sure.

Could use some tips here!
