Update: eCommerce Guide Progress. What questions do you have? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So it's been a month since this post about writing a guide on eCommerce: http://ift.tt/2tCIucC

(TL;DR: I've worked in eCommerce for 6 years, built and run websites and done a bit of everything, condensing this into 1 post)

I've been working on it and progress has been good but there's a lot to get into writing.

So far I'm at 7,500 words, and expect it to end up around 10,000+ words once I've finished it and trimmed it down in editing. I might have to split it up into a few different articles at this rate.

However I'm concerned that in places I've waffled without answering questions.

What are the questions you have about eCommerce businesses that I can answer?

A summarised version of the contents is:

1. Finding a product
   • Keyword research / determining demand / competition
2. Buying product
   • Alibaba / domestic manufacturers / profit margins
3. Building the Website
   • CMS breakdown, tools to make design easy, tips on working with agencies
4. Marketing
   • Comparison of benefits of each marketing channel / how they work
5. Running and Maintaining the store
   • Slightly more boring stuff like shipping / storage / CRO / health checks / KPIs
6. Other Channels
   • Selling on ebay / amazon etc
7. Why I'm not rich
   • Why despite this knowledge I've not managed to start my own store / self reflection / difficulties may encounter etc
