Best Ecommerce Solution for a Nonprofit? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Disclaimer: This sub is much more active and helpful when I've used it than the nonprofit one which is why I'm posting here.

We're looking to launch an online store and the piece I'm lost about is how to best handle everything that happens after an order is placed and payment is exchanged such as order fulfillment, shipping and handling, customer service, and product returns.

Currently, we use Flipcause to accept donations and sponsorships and they have a platform for selling products. I'd love to keep using this but I'm also seeing Shopify and WooCommerce have apps that can be used to handle parts of the ecommerce chain.

Ideally, this order fulfillment is done by a third-party and I'm reaching out to services that appear to already be working with other nonprofits.

Does anyone know of any good third-party fulfillment services that would work well with a nonprofit? What do you recommend as an ecommerce stack to sell products online and fulfill orders? Do you know of any resources or guidance online I can consult to learn more about the ins and outs?
