I'm being called a bot on Live Chat entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey,

so my issue is, I'm strictly professional when talking to potential customers on Live Chat, they often think I'm a bot.

My clientele are people 18-25 year old gamers since I sell gaming services.

However all other competitors usually have a lot more relaxed and "real" less professional chat supports.

Should I keep being very professional to stick out (I am going for the highest quality and price brand) or should I loosen up?
